Our Green Pet Urns
I am a one woman business, creating art urn myself and also representing others who create pet urns for me. One of the wonderful things that gets to happen when you own a business is that you get to make 'policy'.
A healthy environment is good for us and our pets. Therefore, I am focusing on becoming more green. Bit by bit, step by step.
1.) My commute is 1.4 miles. When I can stay home and work from there, I do. My car is a low emissions vehicle, as well.
2.) I share my office space with 3 other artists, so we share the usage of lights, electricity, etc.
3.) I use recyled packing materials for shipping.
4.) I buy as locally as I can.
5.) I am going to contact all my vendors and ask them about their 'green' policy, and will make changes accordingly and look for those vendors who are the most environmentally conscious.
6.) I pick up trash, share rides, use graywater, refurbish, and whatever else I can in my quest to leave a smaller footprint.
7.) Alex in Welderland's Custom Pet Urns is dedicated to being as green as possible and hope that this can inspire other businesses who feel they are too 'small' to make a difference. We all make a difference. We can all do our best,
Our Return Policy
Due to the custom nature of our work, we cannot accept returns. For damaged or incorrect orders, we absolutely will make it right for you with an exchange, in the quickest manner possible.
With that said, we will work with you in making sure your urn is how you want it. I am happy to rework a piece if it is possible. I understand how important this piece of art is to you, and will gladly go out of my way to make you happy.
